Due to an issue with our cloud service provider, our database was slow intermittently between 7:15 am PST and 8:15 am PST on April 24, 2024. During this period, customers may have seen an infinite loading wheel on many app pages or automatically logged out. Multiple workflows including prospecting, emailing were impacted. We are continuing to investigate the issue.

On April 11 3:11AM to 3:16AM UTC, customers were not able to select people, companies in the search UI. Workflows such as prospecting, adding to sequences were blocked for 50% of traffic due to a internal application bug. The team reverted bug and resolved the issue upon detection on April 11 3:16AM UTC.
