We are updating our internal database infrastructure for better site performance. Some of our services may have performance degradation for a short moment of time.

There will be an ongoing maintenance on Wednesday, September 25, 2024. Processing of any Conversation Insights during this time will be delayed and will proceed after the completion of the maintenance window.

We're upgrading some infrastructure components that will delay background job processing for approximately 1 hour
